Hawk River, Canada: Atlantic Salmon
Posted by joey on Monday, December 04 @ 05:09:36 PST
I have done some work for an older gentleman that goes to the Hawk River each year and catches multiple Atlantic Salmon. The first time he told me I said, "come on, most people are lucky to hook one let alone land multiple." But he assured me that it was a great place to land multiple fish. I think it is a
private membership lodge that you have to fly into. Has anyone heard of this fishery before?

The group that I fish with has always gotten into fish each time they have fished the York over the last 15 yrs. Not to mention the incredible pools and water that it has. I think it is more the fisherman than the place.
