Quebec Fly Fishing: Whale River Posted by hedrush999 on Thursday, December 07 @ 13:32:42 PST I have a good friend who takes a trip to the Whale River every year, but never fills me in on to many details of his journeys. It seems like his group always does really well on salmon. I think that this past year was the toughest year that they have ever had, yet the still managed to land over 100 atlantic salmon throughout the week. I'm curious of a few things about this destination. How popular of a spot is the Whale River? He makes it sound like the season is so short that there are only a few groups that ever fish it. Do you know where it is? I have had a difficult time pinpointing it on a map. My last question is when you coming down for some snook? The comments are owned by the poster.
