There is a coastal route that takes you along the shore of the Penninsula that is a beautiful tour and has many points of interest for sight seeing companions. Historic lighthouses, a huge national park, the Cartier museum and a First Nation museum. There is a big Marina in the port of Gaspe. In Matane there is eating and sight seeing opportunities that are great. A ride on the Ferry out of Matane across the St. Lawrence is a treat for young and old.
